Refund policy
At ZishBazaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged

The product received is defective

The wrong product has been delivered
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

Products without original packaging or proof of unboxing

Discounted or clearance items, unless received damaged or defective
Refund Process
Once the return request is approved and verified:

Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the customer shares valid details.
Refunds are issued only after successful verification of the issue.
Replacements
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a replacement may be offered depending on product availability.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error from our side (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
